If you would like your genealogical information for your family and for your ancestors families included in the Hales Chronicles, or submit an article for publication in the Hales Newsletter refer to the following:

I would prefer that you obtain a family group sheet, complete it, and send it to me by mail, for each family that needs to be entered. However, if you can format the information similar to what is included on a typical family group sheet, you can also email it to me. The mailing address or email address is:

Family group sheet forms can be obtained from any Family History Center, from Genealogical Societies or Association, or I can mail you one on request. If you need these sheets by mail, please send return postage.

You can also document your information on a sheet of plain paper and mail it to me. If you do this, please include information regarding:

1. Father

• Full name of father.
• Birth or christening date of father in the form day, month, and full year -(example: 25 Aug 1933 -- please note that the month needs to be spelled out, and the year needs to be a full year when showing dates to avoid confusion).
• Where the birth or christening occurred.
• Marriage date and location.
• Death date and location.
• Burial date and location.
• His Father's full name and His Mother's full name.

• Full name of mother.
• Birth or christening date and location.
• Death date and location.
• Burial date and location.
• Her Father's full name and Her Mother's full name.

• A list of each child with birth or christening date and place. Also the date of marriage, marriage location, and name of spouse. (Include other spouses if the child has been married more than once.
